With all of the cooking shows out there today it makes sense that Ms Crescent would decide that she needed to add a book such as this to her library.  I love that the playboy turned into a committed man in the span of one meeting.  I can’t say I blame Danielle when she doesn’t believe him and gets hung up on the fact that he was with another woman the night they met.  That would be a hang up for me as well. 

Brice works hard at proving that he can be the man Danielle needs.  In the process he finds his true self and he finally allows that man to run free.

Such a good book for a short read!  I would have loved for this book to be a little more fleshed out.  It was just over too quickly.  The love was quick, which I love, but I would have loved to hear more of Damon’s back story.  Especially when we find out who the intruder is.  It looks like there may be another book in the future for this series, maybe it will be a little bit longer.

I still love that this book portrayed a smart, sassy woman in Mack who owns her own bar.  And an alpha male who is willing to let his mate take the lead.  They are the perfect complement to each other and manage to overcome their unexpected intruder while working towards their HEA.

This book is super short, but it gets all of the important elements in. A handsome hero, a sassy independent woman, an unexpected intruder, a growing family, friendship and love. While I would have wished it to be longer and more fleshed out, I enjoyed it all the same. Too bad there are currently no more in the Bearly Trouble series.

Ms Gayle is one of those authors that I just love to read no matter what book I have chosen from her library.  This particular book was one that I found myself getting irate with the leading lady.  She was annoying in that she just could not stand strong in her decisions.  Sierra knew that she needed both of her mates for their sake and for hers and, yet she did what she thought everyone else wanted.  The best thing, and worst thing, that could have happened occurred when her dad gets kidnapped.  She has to take on the mantel of leadership and finally realizes that nobody else’s opinions matter, only what she feels is best for her and her pack.

I think my favorite part is when she kicks her dad to the curb.  My least favorite is when she tries to help the bad guy make the full conversion to a wolf.  I wish that there were more books in this series.  The ending of this book indicates that it is a big possibility.

This book is sure to get your engine running. I was a little put off by Sierra’s lack of decisiveness in the beginning, but as the story progressed she slowly rose above the pressure. She decided her course of action and put her full back bone into it. Thankfully Nolan and Marek truly love her and are still there for her when the dust settles. I wish there was another one, so we could see if Cole is able to reach his own HEA.

Oh my gosh!  I love this book!  I was lucky enough to get an ARC a few days before release day and it was everything I knew it could be.  Ms Chant did a wonderful job of finishing out this series and setting us up perfectly for the next series.  Every couple gets to have their moment of fame in this book and we get to see how the individual characteristics of the new team will play with each other.

I love how the more we learn about the nefarious shadow group the more off the wall shifters we get to see.  Who knew there could even be dinosaur shifters!!!  How fabulous is the imagination that came up with those guys!  I am super excited to see what she comes up with next!

What a perfect way to end one series and introduce another.  The last holdout finally gets the mate she’s always loved, and the two teams work together in perfect harmony. So many mythical and extinct creatures added to the list of shifters and their perfect miniature sidekicks. You can feel the love and comradeship in each page as Ethan and Destiny travel towards their own HEA. I can’t wait to read all about the newest team of protectors!

For all of you who loved I Dream of Jeannie and are always in the market for a Love Spell this is the book you need to read.  I love how Ms Gableman has presented us with a genie who would love nothing more than to be free.  In her bottle, where no one can see, she wears her torn jeans and rocks out to metal hoping for a world that allows her to be who she really is.  At the same time, she gives us Dean, a vampire who wishes to be human.  Luckily for him, he realizes not only does he now have his own personal genie, but he has found his mate.

Seeing to the heart of the matter, his genie quickly figures out that it is not human he wants to be.  He truly wishes to walk in the sun.  In true genie fashion Janelle works her magic and gives them both the gift of each other.  I love the side kicks and siblings who come along for the ride and cannot wait to see what fate has in store for them.

I’m sure at one time or another we have all wished for a genie only to discover later that we would be unhappy if our wish had been answered. Such is the case with this book, Dean thought he knew what he wanted when in reality he really wanted something else. This book is one where you will both love and hate the male lead Archer.  I can completely see how his leaving his arranged mating felt right at the time for him.  Whoever wants to be forced into anything, especially a marriage.  Unfortunately, he not only wasted years with the one woman who can complete him, but he put her and everyone at risk because he was only looking at it from his point of view.

One phone call and Archer decides it is time to reconcile with his past.  He almost didn’t make it in time, but fate was on his side.  Not only were he and his brothers able to save the day, but he was able to finally make it to the mating and the mate that was meant to be his all along.

Ms Snow is the queen of short, sexy stories.  Her A Real Man series and her Hot-Bites series both are full of those over the top alpha males who see the woman meant to be theirs and then go after her with everything they have.  I don’t know how she manages to keep doing it, but Ms Snow recently published her 18^th book in the A Real Man series.  Hopefully her imagination never gives out on her.

Who doesn’t love a bad boy with long hair and gorgeous good looks?  I certainly wouldn’t pass him up or put a bag over his head that’s for sure.  Dex might think he is the ultimate bad boy and not good enough for Eva, but is he really or is he still holding onto a past that he out grew just like his childhood underpants?  Eva seems to think that he is the perfect man for her.  Thankfully for this duo, they manage to get on the same page and reach that HEA everyone strives for.

This book was fabulous as it banned all of the dragons together under one leader and showed them what the power of an entire community backing each other could do.  I hope big red manages to track down the love of his life soon.  I feel like he dragons and their mates are going to need him complete before this tale reaches it’s end.

What can I say, I love a bad boy.  That guy who loves to take charge and be the man of the relationship is the guy for me.  Now mind you, this book is not for the faint of heart.  One would think a reader would realize that as it clearly states it is Mafia Dark Romance in the title, but obviously some people cannot read and then give a poor review and get all indignant about the content within the pages.  Such bad form on the readers part.

No bad reviews here!  I love this book!  It touches all of the kinky places that some are afraid to talk about or at least afraid to admit to.  Girl!  You be you!  We might not all like pain, or being put on display, but almost every lady around loves a good bad boy who is large and in charge and is not afraid to go after what he wants.  Even when what he wants he is not sure he can have.

What started out as repayment blossoms into something so much more. I love that we get a sense of Roman’s true feelings for Sarah from the first time that they meet. He is super good at hiding them, but there are little things that let his growing love shine through. Sarah has a much harder time hiding her feelings, but she tries to keep her soft center under wraps. Well until he gets mad and lets irrational actions fly. Luckily the rest of the trio are there to talk him off the ledge, but not before he almost loses everything. Will he be able to recover his true love in time?  I’ll never tell. This is such a perfect segue from Lily’s involvement in the Witchin’ Impossible series to her own series.  Lily lost so much in her home town that it was a given she would not stay.  I love that she is carving out her own life and that she has reconnected with her only relative.  I’m a little bummed that she holds herself distant from her love interest as he is only a human and I really hope that down the road her and Uncle Buzz learn that humans can be fated mates too.  I will be completely devastated if she has to watch Parker enjoy life with someone else.

This is one of those fast books that give you total immersion in the story by like the second page.  How I love those types of books.  I especially am in love with the fact that we already know there are many more books coming in the series.  I actually had no idea that there was a prequel to the VonBrandt Family series, but I may have mentioned before that I enjoy stalking my favorite authors.  Well Ms Shannan is no different.  I decided to check out her website and couldn’t resist when I saw she had a newsletter.  Call me a weirdo if you want to, but I think once you have read this book you might find that you too become a mid-level stalker of Ms Shannan’s imagination.

I fell in love with Hildy and Chuck in the first books Robyn Peterman put out building her Magic & Mayhem universe.  To see that they have gotten more of a leading role in Ms Micheals new Magick and Chaos series is fantastic!  Plus it is just so special to see that there are many more red headed witches out there just waiting to be brought into the fold. 

Ms Micheals has used her considerable imagination in the perfect complement to the Magic & Mayhem universe.  Her female lead is snarky, independent and willing to embrace her magical side, although a bit reluctantly.  But give the poor girl some credit for adapting on the fly, finding out you are a witch and an empath is a lot for a lady to have thrown at her all at once.  Her leading fellows are in as soon as they realize that they have met their fated mate.  They support her and protect her, even from herself, at great cost to themselves and their person.  There may be some sad scenes in this book, but the HEA at the end is more than worth the tears that fell onto my ereader.

What a fantastic book 4!  It took me a while to get back to this as I already felt bad for the heroine when I finished book 3.  I mean really!  What self-respecting woman wants to be the second choice to her twin sister?  I was pleasantly surprised when our hero actually discovered that Teena was indeed his lady love.  Teena took to the adventure of being kidnapped like a fish to water, although a big portion of that might be due to the fact that Dmitri was her fated mate.

As you know I am a fan of Ms Krisen.  She is one of the best at creating a story that is fast and yet feels like it goes on forever.  This book does not disappoint!  I am in love with all of her bears.  They see the woman that is fated to be theirs and they grab onto any and all opportunities to make her their mate.  Once they find that lucky gal, they immediately start wooing her and save her from all threats or evil that may be in the way. 

Nate is just what Ruby needs when her no good ex finally tracks her down.  Too bad for the ex he refused to admit defeat even after he sees how impressive Nate’s bear is.  Oh well, some people only learn the hard way and Nate is just the one to get the lesson hammered home.

Wow!  This book is steamy, and romantic and I love that the two leads have been harboring love for each for over 16 years and finally get the chance to share it with each other.  With a little help from Max, the reason for their separation and Rhys’ twin, they finally get a chance to explore and express the love they have always felt.  It really makes you want to wring Max’s neck as he almost cost the two of them a life of happiness.  Fortunately, once they get together the sparks fly, and their love can no longer be denied.  They might deny it at first to avoid being hurt, but once they make a commitment both are willing to change to be with each other.  Like most relationships, it doesn’t really require them to change only to compromise and to look deep inside to find out what they really need and want.

The HEA has been 16 years in the making and it is one where you wish for an epilogue to see if they finally have the family they both desire.  There are 9 books already written in this series, I am hoping that we will get to see little glimpses into Melina and Rhys’ life as I continue to read the rest of the books.

I truly enjoyed this book 

I’m not usually a contemporary romance kind of person, I stick more to paranormal romance, but this book made me glad that I stepped out of my reading zone. I love that one twin helps another out and that Melina and Rhys finally get a chance to express and explore the love they feel for each other. They might have hit a few rocky patches along the way, but they were able to reach the HEA they both craved in the end. I can’t wait to see what happens in the rest of the series.

I only have one question after reading this book.  Will you ever write about the rest of the Raine boys and Adam and Trip?  I have had this book in my To Be Read folder for some time, but I only just got the opportunity to read it.  I am not sure why I waited so long.  I loved this book!  I am reluctant to read the next one only because I know that there are no more to read immediately afterwards.  ☹

This book was sexy and romantic at the same time.  I would love to find me a Mr Raine of my own, but I don’t know that I would have the same cougar to walk right up to him and ask for what I wanted.  I’m pretty sure not even 2 glasses of whiskey would give me the cougar that I need.  So bravo to the leading lady for going for what she wanted and for being strong enough to give them a second chance when his brother almost ruined it.

What a strong woman reaching out and grabbing what she wanted. Okay, so it might not have been the traditional way to meet a man, but she did traditional for 16 years and what did that get her other than a humdrum life. Navarro was no fool!  He knew he had stumbled something perfect too bad a well-meaning, meddling brother and a scourge of the earth ex brother in law almost ruined everything. Thankfully the heavens know when two people are meant to be together and they finally reached their HEA. I can’t wait to see what happens with the Raine brothers and Adam next.

This one is hot off the presses!  I think I have mentioned before that Ms St. Clair is one of my favorite authors, okay so it may be mild stalking level, but I just couldn’t wait to read this first book in her brand-new series.  I am in love with the shifter version of the mafia!  (It appears to be very much like the human version, the only difference is the level of their ability to inflict violence and the type of creatures they are protecting their people from) 

Who knew that a brave heart and an excess of stinky trash could help a person find the man of her dreams.  Good thing she has some tricks up her sleeve or I don’t think she would have made it to the HEA that was perfect for her.  Luckily, she also has a lot of friends and family that are fighting in her corner.  I was completely upset when Dominic was kicked out of his pack, but how wonderful that his alpha finally found the light.  He would have lost not just his capo, but also his niece.  There are so many characters that just need to have their own stories told, I hope that we get to see each and every book be born from Ms St. Clair’s fabulous imagination.

This book is the perfect beginning to a brand-new series. Zoey and Dominic check all the must have boxes as they head towards their HEA. Action, suspense, heroes and villains, love and jealousy, romance and regret, and so many wonderfully unexpected twists and turns that I just had to keep reading until the end. Oh, and did I mention wolf shifters galore?  More than one pack even, with so many more magical creatures that you never know what is on the next page. I loved this book and can’t wait to see what happens next.

I am more than a little in love with this series within a series.  The entire series is full of lions, bears and aliens, oh my!  Not to mention gnomes, humans, a fish and so much more.  In truth I have not found a book of Ms Award’s that I have not loved.  Everyone is full of love, danger and laughter, a lot of laughter.  Be warned, they have caused spontaneous moments of smiles, bouts of laughter and moments of heat.  But what good book doesn’t? 

This book was a little more painful as our poor heroine suffered greatly due to another person’s sins.  She lost her family, and yes, she was old enough to remember all of them, she had to do what she was instructed to or her younger sister would be punished, and she had to live with the pain she caused others.  It is of no surprise that she didn’t truly believe her mate was real.  And the fact that he left her was of no consequence since she felt that she was irredeemable.  I shed more than one tear at the depth of her despair.

I was never so happy to see a HEA as I was when she finally got hers.  As with any good series, we know there will be more for this couple to go through, but now that they are together I hope for the strength of their relationship to get them through the tough times.

This book is a great addition to the Magic, New Mexico world. It’s full of surprises, family, excitement and love. It smoothly continues the two previous books in this series within a series. I love that we finally have some answers to questions from the first book. There is a little bit of a cliff hanger, but we get to see a HEA for a new couple which is the way I love a book to end. Grab your own copy and fall in love with the lion king and his once and future queen. I hope we get to see what happens to Scarlet in the future she just has to be saved.

Oh my gosh!  I loved this book.  Not that it really matters as I tend to read books out of order, but I had no idea that it was book 2 until I finished reading it.  😊  It just gives me an excuse to go back and read book 1 right?? 

This book was so good, I really felt like I was experiencing the feelings of the characters as they happened.  I found myself shedding a few tears when Meaghan thought Cain truly didn’t want her because he was so desperate to get rid of his Hellhound.  What a relief when he finally came to his senses!  I was so happy to find that he was 100% wrong about his Hellhound, here it was just the stupid jerk he thought was his friend and had turned him being a crappy alpha.  How exciting that there appear to be more stories to come out of Pine Valley.  I feel like I might have missed some more though as the dragons are already paired up.  I will be searching for those you can be sure.

Who knew a hellhound could be sweet, gentle and loving?  Not me, but I was totally taken in by this gentle giant of a shifter. Caine didn’t even realize that he wasn’t fighting his hellhound so much as the evil that hid in the shadows as he tried so hard to do what he thought was the right thing. Meaghan is no gentle soul. She is a brash, forceful personality who embraces life and those who she considers hers with all the finesse of a pit bull. She didn’t even realize it, but she was surrounded by people who loved her the entire time. When these two get together the sparks will fly for them and their friends. I have fallen in love with the citizens of Pine Valley!  Now I’m going to have to go back and read book one!

This was the perfect 2^nd book in this series within a series!  After the first book I was left wondering about Kandy, she appeared kind of flightly and out in her own world most of the time.  Yet at the same time she was this nice, generous, gentle soul who just seemed like she didn’t really have an anchor.  I am so glad that she was able to find her person in this book.  I can’t really say human as he is a demon, but happy day and she managed to get 2 more cats, 3 miniature wickeds and 2 more demons to boot.  Good thing she is a triplet.  😊  I’m sure they will be more than happy to help her with the over abundance of demons.

I was a little let down at the end of the book though, it would appear that Kandy’s sister’s stories are all but complete.  I was really hoping that we would be able to read about how their lives synched with their demon mates ☹ and I really was hoping that the wand, now a staff, was fated for something/someone extra special too.  Oh well, only time will tell as an author’s muse is as fanciful as the wind.

The first thing that drew me to this book was the fabulous cover. Who doesn’t love a happy, smiling Kandy witch?  The story does not disappoint once you open the pages. Three kitchen witches, three black cats and three wicked sisters not to mention the three demons, what could possibly go wrong?  In Blue Balls Falls anything is possible especially when BY is in your corner and the town lives to interfere. The love story is classic and I fell in love with the depth of the emotions expressed and the personalities of the individual characters. Kandy spreads her light and love to everyone who meets her, I was excited when she finally found her own happiness in her new family and her demon. I hope there will be more books in this series.

I fell in love with Ms Miller’s books when I originally read Kissing Sassy the first book in the Siren Song series.  I actually only purchased the book because it is part of Milly Taiden’s Sassy Ever After world and I loved reading about all of the Wolfe family and the mates that they helped their friends and family to find.  That was the best decision ever!  I fell in love with that book and because of that fell in love with the lead in this book Skarlet. 

Skarlet has had a difficult life, knowing what she was and hiding it from everyone then suffering a betrayal by her best friend which lead to her being hunted down with a bounty on her head.  Skarlet’s struggles are no less real as she finally finds her mate and then he rejects her because of his delicate sensibilities.  This is not really Deader bashing, as he is an important part of the law enforcement team and it must be hard to learn that his mate is a criminal, but we have learned that mates should always listen to an explanation before they get all judgey and discount their mate’s feelings.  Regretfully, he apparently missed this memo.  That is okay though, Aunt Barbara is back to her match making ways and continues using her powers for good.  With the help of the town, Olivia and Cajun, and another fated mate, Deader is able to see the light and grovel his way back into Skarlet’s good graces. 

I love that Ms Miller uses each book to build on the last and sets us up for a smooth transition into the next book in the series, while insuring that the current staring couple reach their HEA.  I would recommend this book to all, just click on the book above to grab your copy today.

What a wonderful second book in the Siren Song books. Once again we get to see Olivia and Cajun in action and our favorite bad girl Skarlet finally finds her mate. Too bad he lets his human rule him and almost ruins everything. It’s times like that when you find a shifter turning the animal loose and clarity finally comes. But will it be too late?  This book will have you laughing, loving and crying before you reach the end. I can’t wait to see what happens with the rest of the Keys and their Siren Songs.

Oh my!  This story is a true lesson in what a lack of communication can do to two people and their lives.  Sometimes the fallout is not truly known for years and often, once we are forced to reach out again, we find that if we had just communicated in the beginning then the rift would never have occurred.  This was a very difficult story to read, not in the writing it was actually very good but in the tale its self.  I struggled a bit with the choices both characters made.  Realistically, when we are young we all think we are right and no one else could possibly know better.  More often than not, we find that this is incorrect.   

I was so frustrated that Brady seemed to decide he had no other honorable choice than to follow in the footsteps of his relatives, but at the same time I felt sorry for him as he didn’t have all of the information needed to make a truly informed decision.  I was angry with Rachel because she was the true reason for the years long rift between the two fated mates.  I understood later why she withheld the information, but that does not make her decision to not inform Brady any better.  Then for her to hold onto anger at him when he is not down with Deon and had no way of knowing why she felt it was so important he stay.  Luckily for her, when she is forced to reach back out to him he puts aside his anger to hear her out.  Brady deserved so much better than the life she left him to.  I am still not sure that Rachel truly deserves to be forgiven and have her family be whole, but that is between the two of them.  I am hoping the rest of the bears at the Curvy Bear Ranch do not have such a difficult time with their lady loves, but only time (and reading) will tell.

What an awesome read!  This book mirrors real life in the way it portrays young love, the decisions we make, the results of those decisions and the long journey back to where we are meant to be. Rachel was young and under stress and reacted poorly when she spoke to Brady. He was no better, focused only on what he thought he had to do he missed what was right in front of him. With the support of family, these two struggle through a hardship no parent should have to endure in order to find their way back to each other and their HEA. I can’t wait to see what happens with the rest of the cowbears.

The cover drew me to this book, the story made me stay.  I found this new author, to me, like a lot of my finds, while scrolling through my Facebook news feed.  It was one of those sponsored posts that I often get that are similar to other posts I have liked from my friends or pages that I follow.  This is probably a bad habit, but I took a screen shot for future look up on Amazon when I had the opportunity.  Once I finally got around to reading the back-jacket blurb I decided, "eh why not?"

I was never so glad that I let my love of a pretty cover lead me.  This book was just what I needed to read.  From the spitfire pulling a gun on her mate (and even showing him whose boss by pulling the trigger, at his boot) to the way the gorgeous cowboy covers her with his own body to protect her when someone else starts taking potshots, the story drew me in and each page made me fall a little more in love with the leads as well as the supporting characters.  Throw in some bad boys, brothers and forces of evil and the story quickly transports you to the ranch hoping that a room will be available for your own stay.  The next book in the series is supposed to publish to Amazon on January 9^th and I cannot wait!

This book has it all, bikers, bad boys, cowboys, lions, wolves, and bears. From the very beginning we can relate to Tansey as she has to deal with the alpha of the wolf pack in her search for her missing brother. As her search continues we grow to love her sassy self especially when she connects with Ethan and his mismatched clan of bears. He is so adorable as he struggles to fight against fate. But like always fate will have her way in the end. The characters are all endearing and the HEA is one to return to again and again. I look forward to catching up with the rest of the clan soon, and maybe even that lion will find a human mate to tame his savage beast.

Who doesn’t love a leprechaun?  Not many I am sure.  Although this one may through you off a bit as she appears to be a reformed leprechaun abstaining from using her magic.  I guess it doesn’t help that her interfering dad and her brothers are true tricksters and love to bring the discord that comes from using leprechaun magic. 

Livy may live in the burbs, but at least she has some pretty eye candy that just happens to be her neighbor and good friend.  Little does she know that Jackson is a warlock who had a run in with the Baba Yaga due to his man whore ways.  The luck of the Irish is on her side as 10 years with no magic has made him into a much better man.  Of course, that could be because by the time he was settled as a human he met Livy, his lovely mate.

This book is hilarious!  It kept me laughing from the first page and yet it also showcased Jackson’s soft side. He might have been a player at one time, but serving a ten year sentence and having to work to win over his mate has turned him into the warlock he was meant to be. I love the Magic and Mayhem universe!  This is my first book by Lissa Matthews, but it is the perfect addition to the universe.  There is just enough snark and hilarity to balance out the evil doers and the Baba Yaga’s terrible disco ball loving dress code.  Poor Broo, magical folk just do not understand the trauma that comes from entering the system when you are a kid.  I’m sure they meant to do the best thing for her, too bad that this was not it.  All things considered she turned out well and even after getting her magic she did not mean to use it for bad.  Plus, the first person she hurt was herself when she lost a boyfriend and a friend because of the flick of the wrist.

I would have loved to learn a little more about her frog prince mate and the wand that seems to be older than time, but it was not in the cards for this book.  I look forward to reading the next book in this series!

I love a good Celia Kyle book!  They are sure to make you laugh out loud and fall in love with the hero and heroine.  In this case, we had no choice but to fall in love with the hero (and all of his friends).  I mean seriously!  A bunch of hot vampires, who can resist.  I don’t know about you, but the next time I go creeping past a dark alley I will be on the lookout to see if I might find a gorgeous vampire.  With any luck I might just be his fire.  Hey now, no judging.  A girls gotta dream.
