What an absolutely amazing first experience with this author! I love the planet and the newest breed of shifters, and the way the author’s words make the trees come to life is fantastic. I fell in love with the characters and cheered them on through every hardship until they reached their HEA. This book is sure to become a favorite re-read and I can only hope that the author will write more stories about this wonderful planet.

Get ready to dive into the deep end with this fantastic story. The author embraced the trials and fears that come with pregnancy and she ran with it. I love how we got to see from both perspectives how they dealt with this new level to their relationship and just to touch back with some of my favorite characters to see how life is treating them. I especially enjoyed the big ending and the surprise that came with it. This author continues to amaze me with her ability to spin a tale and I am really looking forward to reading the next book.

Gerri Wilder has done it again and brought love to the Maverick Pride. I enjoyed the way this reformed bad boy has finally found his HEA. With more than one embarrassing moment, a slight age difference, and a revelation that was years in the making, the author brought these characters together. I loved Lance and Annalia, and of course the rest of my favorite characters, the way they connected right away and had so much in common added depth to the story that kept me enthralled until the end. And is that a fantastic lead into the next installment or what? I am already looking forward to reading the next book.

Magic in the air

The author had me hooked on this book from the moment I saw Troy was a thunderbird shifter. I love all those unique and amazing mythical shifters and Troy really is a fantastic character. He is steadfast and stuck on the rules, so finding out that his mate is a free spirited, hot blooded, hot tempered caster is a surprise. I enjoyed both of these characters and the story was the perfect beginning to a new series. The author really did a wonderful job and I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
