This was the perfect 2nd book in this series
within a series! After the first book I
was left wondering about Kandy, she appeared kind of flightly and out in her
own world most of the time. Yet at the
same time she was this nice, generous, gentle soul who just seemed like she
didn’t really have an anchor. I am so
glad that she was able to find her person in this book. I can’t really say human as he is a demon,
but happy day and she managed to get 2 more cats, 3 miniature wickeds and 2
more demons to boot. Good thing she is a
triplet. 😊 I’m
sure they will be more than happy to help her with the over abundance of
demons.
I was a little let down at the end of the book though, it
would appear that Kandy’s sister’s stories are all but complete. I was really hoping that we would be able to
read about how their lives synched with their demon mates ☹
and I really was hoping that the wand, now a staff, was fated for
something/someone extra special too. Oh
well, only time will tell as an author’s muse is as fanciful as the wind.

The first thing that drew me to this book was the fabulous
cover. Who doesn’t love a happy, smiling Kandy witch? The story does not
disappoint once you open the pages. Three kitchen witches, three black cats and
three wicked sisters not to mention the three demons, what could possibly go
wrong? In Blue Balls Falls anything is possible especially when BY is in
your corner and the town lives to interfere. The love story is classic and I
fell in love with the depth of the emotions expressed and the personalities of
the individual characters. Kandy spreads her light and love to everyone who
meets her, I was excited when she finally found her own happiness in her new
family and her demon. I hope there will be more books in this series.
