Crafting Jessie Blaze’s character was a blast! I loved being
able to live vicariously through the larger-than-life mixologist persona she
donned when she tied on her bar apron. My readers have enjoyed her, too—many of

1 ½ oz Kahlua
Dash of bourbon
Pour Kahlua and schnapps over ice; add the bourbon, then
stir.

Top with Sprite and add a dash of grenadine. Serve over ice

1 ½ parts Skinnygirl™ White Cherry Vodka
3 parts diet cola
Cherries
Mix vodka and diet cola over ice. Add cherries as a garnish.
PARALEGAL SPLIT

3/4 cup strawberry (daiquiri mix)
6 ounces Malibu Rum (4 shots glasses, plus extra for
floaters)
4 1/2 ounces Bailey's Irish Cream (3 shot glasses)
1 triple sec (second pour of)
2 tablespoons coconut cream
1 aged banana (the riper, the better)
4 strawberries (stems removed, quartered)
Ice
Chocolate syrup
Place all ingredients in your blender, fill the remainder
with ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass with a fun straw.
Pour another little bit of rum on top for a floater. Drizzle/swirl chocolate in
the drink when serving it.
TERRA TEASE
½ oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Gin
½ oz Sugar Syrup
4 oz Champagne
Stir the sugar syrup, lemon juice and gin into an ice-filled
collins glass. Strain into a champagne glass and top up with Champagne. Garnish
with a lemon slice.
DEVIL’S DELIGHT (AKA: ADIOS MOTHERF*CKER)
½ oz Vodka
½ oz Gin
½ oz Rum
½ oz Blue Curacao
½ oz Gin
½ oz Rum
½ oz Blue Curacao
Sweet & Sour
Splash of 7up
Lemon garnish
Splash of 7up
Lemon garnish
Take a tall glass, fill it with ice. Add the vodka and gin
at the same time. Next add the rum and blue curacao together. Fill the rest of
the glass with sweet & sour. Add a splash of Sprite or 7 Up on top. Garnish
with lemon.
