A true love connection

I think this might just be my favorite book in this series. How I enjoyed this emotionally untouchable male with his not quite mate. The action and danger is there as with all of this author's books, including that edge of betrayal and misunderstanding. But the thing that struck me the most was the length these two went to in order to protect each other. The author drew me in with the subtlety of their growing emotions and then wouldn't let me escape until the last moment. I really hope we get to see more of this couple in future books and how their relationship continues to grow. Oh, and I loved that little Easter egg of things to come. I cannot wait to see what the author comes up with for the Realm and the Seven next. I am sure that it is going to be amazing.
