Woohoo! It’s Thursday and today we are taking a time
hop back to January of 2018. This is the
2nd book in the Uncontrollable Shift series. (Oh, and just an FYI, Ms Butler has a new
book joining the series in November, “The Leopard Twins”)
I love the way the
author has her shifters literally drop everything when they find their mates. No really!
Clothes explode, things get broken, and they are stuck in their other
form until they connect with their mates.
Which is usually awkward, as you can imagine, but when you are a dragon
it can be very destructive. Not to
mention the fact that it is a little disturbing for the neighbors.
You guys are going to
want to grab a copy of this book to see how fate worked in many layers to get
these two together. It’s a wild ride you
won’t want to miss.

Torrence and Cecily are the ultimate power couple. They had
been through so much before they met each other, but they just powered through
until fate brought their paths together. I love the instant connection and that
neither is afraid of change. It’s a shame that the wolves are not what Cecily
thought they were, but at least the dragons don’t disappoint. I hope there will
be more books in this series.
