I’m a big fan of Emilia Hartley!  She has this magical way of bringing so many personalities together in her books. Each series has a overall story and each book has a HEA for the couple that’s it about. I absolutely love that!  It doesn’t hurt that she is able to go between shifter groups and each story is part of a grander picture.

I particularly enjoyed this story. We finally get to see this king find his queen and his HEA. In the process he also manages to learn the needs of his beast and how to best rule his people. Not to mention he’s a super hot alpha male dragon. Really!  Who doesn’t love a dragon???

What a fantastic end of a series!  The story of Jasper is one that I have long anticipated. Through each book, I felt drawn to the king whose dragon seemed to control him. Jasper was a beast searching for something to complete him. He found all of that and more when he finally has Cora in his grasp. You will not be disappointed when you read this book. With each page you will find yourself drawn to these two characters and the people they are meant to love and protect. I can’t wait to read the next book by this author.
