My favorite Authors

My Favorite Authors

I don't know about you guys, but I have a pretty good list of One-click authors.  Okay, so no judgement, but it seems to be close to 36, maybe.  What can I say?  There are just some authors that I have to have their books, not all of their books but most of them.  I mean I do prefer to read Paranormal Romance books like those from Susan Bliler, Milly Taiden, Alanea Alder, and so many others.  But I also enjoy reading books that are a little more towards the risque side of life, thank you Measha Stone, Jenika Snow, and Sam Crescent you ladies and many of your colleagues help to keep me so entertained.  There are also so many that manage to cross the barrier and write about all of my favorites, like Golden Angel, Eliza Gayle and Reina Torres to name a few.

In an effort to highlight my favorite authors as well as to thank them for creating such wonderful diversions, I am going to be starting a monthly Featured Author blog.  I have already started to reach out to many of my favorite authors, darn you Facebook for putting me on a message starting timeout, and I hope to continue to reach out to them as time goes by.  (Well, and as Facebook allows)  So do not be shocked, in the upcoming months, if I seem to be reading more of one author than another.  I don't know about you guys, but sometimes when I read a book by one of my favorites I find myself going back and reading all of their books.  They are just that good!

The best way to thank an author is to leave them a review, which I have done many times.  (Okay, so it's also one of the reasons why I am re-reading their books.  I might have not been that great about it a few years ago when I first fell in love with my Kindle app on my Ipad.  What can I say it was a slow transition from physical books)  But I just love them so much that I want to really share them and their books with all of you.  Each and every one of my favorite authors, have provided me with tons of late nights and an escape from reality when life gets too real.  Why would I not want to share that with all of you?

I can't wait to get started on this project!  I mean seriously! Who would not be excited about getting to start a conversation with their favorite authors?  Squeeee!!!!!  Okay, did that make me sound way too much like a nerd?????  Oh well, another thing I can thank my favorite authors for.  I am unapologetically me and you either like me or you don't.  Regardless I love myself and through reading books I have found that all things come to you when you like yourself first.

I hope you all take the time to read this monthly feature and I can't wait to see what you think about it.  I am always open for suggestions, and will try reading any book at least once, so if you have a favorite book or author please share them with me.  You never know, your favorite author might make their way to my list, or they might just already be there.

Happy Reading
Sydney
