I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love this
new book by Sam Crescent. Okay, obviously I can as I am writing about it, but
it was just that good that I’m still living in the story. (Is there a way
to leave a 10 star review?) I have been super busy the last couple of weeks,
getting 40 driving hours in with my oldest (who knew it was so tiring sitting
in the passenger seat) and a whirlwind trip to Mercyhurst University in Erie,
PA for dance auditions for my youngest (6 more hours each way in the car, only
I had to be behind the wheel and 2 nights in a hotel) add to that a full
time job and a ton of dance costumes due by December 1st and it’s all I can do
to breathe let alone keep up with my ARC schedule. I haven’t had time to think
about the books I want to read from my TBR folder.
That changed last night. Wednesday my oldest got her driver’s license (yikes! Look out world) and yesterday we received the word that my youngest got accepted into the dance program, with a merit scholarship, (woohoo!) so I decided to celebrate with a few hours with a new book. (Probably not the best decision to start reading it at 10:30 PM) OMG! I couldn’t have picked a better book! This author is always pushing the envelope and yet never lets me down by going to far over the line. I can’t believe I’m saying it, but she really outdid herself this time. This book has all of those real life emotions that really make the characters jump out of the pages.

Is it hate or is it love
This has to be one of my favorite books by this
author! She has filled the pages with so many emotional highs and lows
and even thrown in a dash or two of excitement and danger. I don’t even think
you can really call this a from enemies to lovers story, more like a from
surface emotions to true emotions story. Regardless, she had me enthralled from
the first page and, even now, at the end, I wish there was more to read. I
can’t say enough, how much I truly enjoyed this book, I can only hope her next
offering is just as amazing.
