There is nothing worse then a reporter on a mission
Especially when it is personal. This is the perfect
beginning to a brand-new series. The author has returned with all of the hooks
that draw you into a great story. Right from the beginning she starts to build
and shape her characters into ones that we will want to follow through to their
HEAs, then she throws in a story that builds and builds until the crescendo
breaks at the end. I love the byplay between the two leads and how everything
goes back to family. I hope there are many more books in this series because I
can’t wait to see what happens next.

Addison loves the mountains and ocean, and enjoys hiking, camping, horseback
riding and star-gazing whenever she can manage it. But reading, writing and storytelling is and
will always be the “true love” of her life.
Addison Carmichael was born and raised in Southern
California and has lived and traveled all over the west coast (and the
world). She married the man of her dreams and has two awesome sons, two
daughters-of-her-heart, and three grandchildren who are the jewels in her
personal crown.
She now lives happily-ever-after with her family (which
includes Mollie, her black lab-border collie) in Snohomish, Washington of the
