One of these days I would love to go to New Orleans and visit during Mardi Gras. Alas, that will not be this year. But thanks to some of my favorite authors, I can get a taste of the Quarter while not leaving my own living room. Yep, what better way to celebrate then by reading as many books as possible that are set in New Orleans. Why just look at these books that I found. They are either set in New Orleans or they feature someone that came from there. The best thing about them are they are all parts of series, which means there are many more to read. Please feel free to share some of your New Orleans favorites as well. I would love to find some more books to read about one of the most celebrated days of the year. Now these are not in any particular order, but they are all from some pretty amazing authors and I think you will enjoy them if you haven’t read them before.

Run while you can
This is such a fast-moving book, but does not lack for details. I really enjoyed the way the author kept giving us little back stories to help develop the characters and their history. She really drew out the emotions in the story and created this little world right there in the bayou that I can’t wait to go back to. I hope we get to see more of the rest of the pack and what is really going on with the flowers.

Learning to work together
If you like your vampires to be hot over the top alpha males, and who doesn’t, you are going to love this book. The author filled the pages with an amazingly intense story that keeps you hoping from the first page. There is so much action and danger and this sweet little love story that grows throughout the entire book. I love how she leaves us with a HEA and a hint of what is to come. I can’t wait to read the next book.

Melting only for her
This is one of my favorite books by this author! I love the intensity between the characters, the feelings of family between the men, and the way the relationship evolves. The author did a fabulous job of creating an addition to her leopard world that flows with the previous books and stands out all on its own. These two characters were meant to have the perfect HEA. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
