the year then by entertaining this lovely author in our Reading Nook. For those of you who love her reading, she

Ms Boon is one of my favorite
authors, not just for the books she writes, which are absolutely fabulous, but
because she is such a personable author and really interacts with her
readers. Especially if you are a member

Mated by accident
This author’s wolves are the stuff of fantasy, naughty
fantasies that is. She has managed to take the bad boys of the MC and add her
own twist of hot alpha male sure to make your engine rev. Add in sassy females
brought by fate and you have the perfect start to a series. I particularly
enjoyed Rowan and the way he was all in from the moment he encountered Lyric.
The circumstances might not have been ideal, but these two managed to find
their HEA. I can’t wait to see what the ladies of the Iron Wolves get up to
next.

Once bitten
This is the perfect beginning for the series. Not only do
you get a fantastic HEA, but you also get a taste of what the future holds. I
enjoyed how the author, and Zayn’s wolf, help him to see what’s right in front
of him before he misses his opportunity. That might sound like the book is all
flowers and roses, but the truth is far from it. The author gave us just the
amount of action and danger we need to fall in love with the Mystic Wolves.
This author is an amazing story teller and I can’t wait to see what she comes
up with next.

The end of hardship
This book is almost an extension of the rest of the authors
PNR series. I enjoyed how the Iron Wolves offered an assist in the team’s time
of need, and the action and danger this author is able to instill in all of her
stories. This book was also full of so many emotions and I can’t wait to see
what happens with the rest of the characters. Hopefully they will all find
their HEAs.

Why did I wait so long to read this book? Oh I know, because
now I’m desperate for the next book. Will Ezra and Dash become the pair they
were meant to be? Will Khan find his heart’s love? So many questions and no
answers until the next book. This book was as awesome and as intense as I knew
it would be. The queen of the fae deserved no less when it came time to accept
her mates. I love how the family keeps growing and the characters continue to
connect and feel the love and joy. I am looking forward to the next book from
the author no matter which series it is from.

Who doesn’t love a fireman
This book starts an entirely new series centered on a crew
of smoke jumpers and it is as hot as you imagine. The author brings her usual
alpha male personalities with an MC flair to this new group of guys brining an
exciting new element to her repertoire. I enjoyed the fast pace of the story
and the way family is important to the characters. I think her mom was a little
quick on the forgiveness, but I guess with fated mates it’s hard to stay mad.
This was an amazing story and I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Look no further for your next MC fix
You guys are going to enjoy this set of stories. Each one is
full of those hard core alpha males we have come to expect from our MC heroes.
You know the ones I mean, with faces of angels and sins of the devil. Well
until they meet that special someone, then all bets are off. Just check out
what I thought of these two stories and their are so many more compiled in this

Wow! The author took my breath away with this book. She covered some seriously difficult topics and she made her heroine a true survivor. The story would not have been as good if her man had been anyone else. He was the perfect counterpart to her, letting her be strong and supporting her weakness. This book is full of action and danger and the emotional connection that makes it so wonderful. There are some triggers mentioned as history, so if you are sensitive to that this might not be the book for you. I enjoyed reading this book and look forward to the next book by the author.

This is the first book I have read by this author. I really enjoyed the story, the way the good guys won, the acceptance and the overall intensity of the emotions between the characters. The one thing lacking was the steamy scenes I have come to expect from an MC romance. I’m not sure what you call a cozy MC book, but that is what this is, well except for the beginning scene which was hot and heavy and total player worthy. I think it’s just because the author did such a fantastic job of creating this relationship between Lyric and X and I wanted to see them lock in their love for each other that I felt bereft from the fizzing out of the steam. I would still recommend this book, you won’t want to miss the way this club takes these three under their wings. It’s a true joy to behold. I look forward to reading more by this author.

Wow, okay I might have
gone a little overboard with the introduction, but this talented lady really is
one of my favorite authors. I just feel
like she couldn’t be adequately described as an author if I didn’t give you a full
taste of her different series. As I am
sure that you are tired of listening to me, let’s get right into the interview
portion of today’s visit.
When did you first
realize that you wanted to be an author?
I first realized I
wanted to be an author about seven years ago. I just celebrated my five year
published anniversary. <3
How long does it
typically take you to write one of your books?
If I’m being good and
writing every day, about 4-5 weeks. However, now that I have a little grandbaby
I’ve definitely taken a lot of time off LOL.
Do you usually write
one book at a time or do you find yourself working on multiple books as your muse
takes you?
I only write one book
at a time, although I do have lots of stories in my head and I make lots of
notes. I mean LOTS OF NOTES lol.
What is your work
schedule like when you are writing?
I get up in the
morning, make a cup of coffee (32oz Yeti) and pull up my Facebook app. I answer
emails while scrolling for about an hour, then I start writing. (That’s when
I’m being a good writer LOL) Of course, my daughter will call me and then it’s
off to play with RomyGirl many days.
What would you say is
your interesting writing quirk?
Hmm, well, I guess I
have a few quirks. I have to have redhots to eat while writing. I always need
music, and I write each book as I see it in my head. I’m a panster, but I first
start off by writing out the characters, storyline (what I think the reason for
the couple meeting, the situation etc) the bad guy cause there’s always one of
those, although it isn’t always a male. Those things all get written in a notebook.
I make sure their characteristics are put down. I add little things like
certain sayings, likes, dislikes, what they drive, where they’re from to the
book as I go. Each book, whether it’s part of a series will be added to as I
write so that I don’t use the same information on another character in another
book
Where do you get your
information or ideas for your books?
Ideas will literally
come from anywhere. I got the idea for the first book in my Mystic Wolves,
Accidentally Wolf when I saw a woman jogging along a running path on a stretch
of road called the “Snake” its kinda of a scary road, hence the name. I
instantly thought of my heroine out for a jog and finding an injured wolf…how
it segued into that is how my mind works. I then plotted book two off that idea
of a female running through the woods, because the running path is surrounded
by woods, and thought if someone was to chase that loan jogger, she’d be
totally screwed LOL. As for information: If it’s one of my SEAL or MC books, I
do a lot of research as I want to be as accurate as possible. However, when it
comes to my paranormal I get a lot more leeway as I get to make shit up, which
if fun <3
When did you write
your first book and how old were you?
I wrote my first book
just over six years ago and was published January of 2014. I’m going to be forty-seven
on the twelfth of July eeep. I’m old <3
What do you like to do
when you are not writing?
As a new MiMi to the
cutest little nugget I love to play with her. Other than that, I love to read,
shop, and clean. I know, I’m really odd. Oh, and I have a 2018 custom Jeep
Rubicon Recon Edition so I love to go Jeeping <3
What does your family
think of your writing?
My immediate family,
hubby, Jazz, my daughter and creator of RomyGirl my granddaughter, and Goob aka
my baby boy who is nineteen are all very supportive. As for the rest of my
family…most are supportive in a distant way. My mama is a southern Baptist
minister’s daughter, so she is proud although she has never read me, nor will
she ever LOL. My older sister doesn’t really care or acknowledge my writing. My
youngest sister is awesome. She reads me and loves my books. My little brother
is a single dad so he’s really busy. My dad is very proud. My nieces from my
oldest sister are really happy for me but again, they don’t read…at all at
their young late teen early twenty age LOL. I know they all love me, but they
are all involved in their own lives. My inlaws are all very proud and
supportive, especially my father in law. <3

Hmm, I think the book
I love the most would have to be Arynn’s Chosen Mate or Selena’s Men. Selena
because it was my first book and because I love the characters. Arynn because I
absolutely love Arynn and the kids and his love for them.

Such a sweet story! And yet still full of action, danger,
wolves, vampires, evil fae and dragons, you heard that right dragons. Each book
in this series builds on the next and interconnects with the other PNR series
the author has written. This book was especially moving, I could really feel
the emotions of the characters as they worked to build the HEA they were always
meant to have. I hope we get to see more of these characters in future books.

What a delicious read. I love the tease at the beginning
where these three never quite get a chance to connect. Then how we get another
tease about two more possible connections, ohhh it just keeps you on the edge
of your ereader. This book has some great action scenes, steamy moments of heat
and a reunion that brings tears to the eye. The perfect addition to any
library. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

What do you think
makes a good story?
I think a great
connection between the hero and heroine and a storyline that has you turning
the pages with anticipation makes a great story, which is what I pray to create
each time.
As a child, what did
you want to do when you grew up?
Ahhh, I wanted to be
a singer. Sadly, that didn’t pan out due to the fact I don’t sound like Adele
unless I’m drunk, you’re drunk, and everyone else is as well. <3
I don’t know about the
rest of you, but I am kind of glad your singing career did not take off as I
enjoy reading every book you have written.
