This author is one of
my favorites. I one-click almost every
book that she writes, okay some are a little dark even for me, but I think out of
all of her series/book offerings I love the Ever After books the most. Beast might have actually been the first of
her’s that I ever read, but please don’t quote me on that because we know that
I was remiss in posting reviews for like the entire first two years after I
switched from physical books to my Kindle app.
Now, now no need to get nasty, I am catching up just as fast as I can,
but every day there are new books published that are just calling my name.
I think I enjoy this
book so much because it is just packed full of those alpha males who do what
they want, take what they want, and make no apologies for it. But when they find that one woman, the one
who worms under their skin and just won’t let go, all bets are off. If you thought they were bad before you have
seen nothing up until that point. This
book contains all of those things and introduces us to the guys who will be in
the following books. Not to mention each
one is just that little hint of a dark fairy tale.
If you haven’t already
made your choice for a weekend read, you might want to add it to your to be
read folder. You will not be
disappointed, maybe sweating hard and desperate for some alone time, but never
disappointed.
