When the topic of grandchildren comes up during a weekly sewing circle the matriarchs of the founding families seek out the witch Elder to scry to see if their sons have mates. They are shocked to discover that many of their son’s mates are out in the world and are human!
Fearing that their future daughter in laws will end up dead before being
claimed and providing them with grandchildren to spoil, they convince their own
mates that something must be done. After gathering all of the warriors together
in a fake award ceremony the witch Elder casts a spell to pull the warrior’s
mates to them, whether they want it or not.
Each book will revolve around a unit warrior member finding their destined mate and the challenges and dangers they face in trying to uncover the reason why ferals are working together for the first time in their history to kill off members of the paranormal community. Their story builds on the next as each couple finds their HEA (happily ever after). Each book can be considered stand alone, however, Alanea strongly recommends reading them in order to enjoy the story in it’s entirety.
The hilarity begins with book 1, My Commander.
Alanea Alder started writing at a very young age, some of
her first scribblings are treasured in a keepsake box and written in green
marker. She started when she was still
in grade school and continued on through college.
A Jack of All Trades, Alanea loves to read. Her bookcase is an eclectic mess
ranging from Japanese Kanji flashcards to a Microbiology study guide. Her
fiction section is just as varied from the whimsical Louisa May Alcott to the
steamy scenes of Laurel K Hamilton. Above all else and before she was a writer,
she will always be an avid reader.
