This is a great addition to Ms Snow’s library. It’s a little less steamy than her newer books, but the story is strong enough to not disappoint. This is a book that is full of triggers for abuse victims though, so keep that in mind if you click on the book above to grab a copy. Ms Snow did a great job of creating a female character who manages to overcome abuse. She didn’t skip over the fact that there will always be triggers that make everything fresh again, even years later. She managed to create an alpha male who was able to give his mate the time and love that she needed to overcome her abuse on her own schedule.

I hope you grab a copy and give this book a chance. I think you’re going to enjoy it.

This book is a perfect representation of what it takes to overcome abuse and how sometimes fate is on your side. The love of a good partner is a big help, but first you must be able to accept that you have to heal yourself. I loved this book and can’t wait to read the next one!
