I am well and truly in love with The Pride series by Ms Laurenston. This is one where you are surprised that she finally gave in to Smitty. In his rush to leave behind his childhood, he left behind his future. It was a little annoying at first how much of a hard time Jessica and her pack gave him, I mean we only know him as a great guy, until you read further and realize he deserves it. She needs to know, that no matter what, he will not leave her again. This is a book, I can see myself reading over and over again.

The perfect second book for the Pride Series!  I love that Smitty found his mate, but she wasn’t giving in without a fight. Jessica is such a strong female that she will get everything she deserves or do without. The author did a fabulous job of bringing Jess from the girl who used to hide to the woman who is alpha of her pack. I can’t wait to see what she has in store for the Pride series next!
