WooHoo! It’s Friday again! Friday really is my second favorite “F” word,
I will leave it up to you to figure out what the first one is. This weeks Fan Friday Favorite is Vampire
Lover. This book is Ms Gorri’s 5th
installment in the Purely Paranormal Pleasures collection that she shares with
P. Mattern and Amanda Kimberly. I really
enjoyed this book, it continues with the previous books in the collection. In other words, it can be read alone, but you
would probably get more enjoyment if you read the previous 4 first.
This book contains all
of the highs and lows that make up a good romance novel, including those
moments when you can do nothing but shake your head at the characters
antics. Terrence has made up his mind
that he doesn’t deserve a mate because of his past and he almost loses his future
in his desperation to fall on his sword.
But not to worry, Ms Gorri finally gets him turned around and on the
right path to his HEA.
This is really the
perfect book to take along to the beach, or sit by a firepit, or even just curl
up on your couch with. You will be sure
to fall in love with the characters if you decide to grab a copy of this book
for your weekend read. No matter what
you pick up to read this weekend, I hope you enjoy it.

This is one of those books that is perfect for me because Terrence finds his mate. He is one of those alpha males who help brings his friends to their HEA, but doesn’t think he deserves one. Thank goodness fate doesn’t agree. The author took us on a merry chase with this one, where the biggest enemy is self-doubt. I really enjoyed this book and I can’t wait to see what she brings to the series next.
