I think this entire series, no matter the author, must have
this feel about it. It is kind of a weird first-person kind of feel, the
characters kind of talk about themselves, but then they talk to each
other. Who knows maybe that was part of
the instructions for getting to write a book about Diablo Falls. This author
seems to have handled it a lot better than the last one though. Yet again we
were thrown into the deep end of the swimming pool with page one, but instead
of an awkward ramble to the HEA, this book takes us on a more direct route. I
enjoyed this book, but like many novellas, I wish it was a little longer with
more detail. I believe it will be worth your effort to click on the book above
and grab yourself a copy. I enjoyed this quick read and I think you will
also.

Awaken to change
This book opens right into a scene of action that sets the
tone for the entire book. Our girl might not know what is going on, but the
instant connection she feels for her big burly man is something she can hold
onto. The author did a great job of slowly bringing us through the healing
process for all the characters. By the time we get to the HEA, we can see
exactly how far they have all come. I look forward to the next story by this
author.
