So far this series has been everything I expect from Ms Bishop. You wouldn’t expect a BDSM club would be a good place for someone escaping an abusive relationship, but you would be wrong. Within the walls of this club, our frightened bunny shifter comes to terms with what she needs and finds the mate who will bring it to her. She might be leery at first, but through gentle teaching and patience these two find their HEA. I love all of the descriptions in this book, the characters who are nothing but kind and the way Master Richard proves his devotion by being willing to give it all up to protect the one he loves.

This book is the perfect combination of pain, pleasure, recovery, love and friendship. The author has done a fantastic job of showing the love and patience between mates and the difference between an abusive relationship and a safe, healthy BDSM relationship. I fell in love with our sweet bunny as she struggled to escape and ran right into the arms of her HEA. The new friends she finds are the support system she didn’t realize she was missing and who can resist her hot panther master. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
