This book is one that just tears at your heart.  Blake had such a horrible experience when he was used as a tool, Greer is still suffering from reminders of her trauma.  They finally start to look at each other with a mating eye, when yet again Greer becomes a victim.  The author did a fantastic job of writing the angst into this story.  I was well on my way to thinking that there was never going to be a good time for Blake and Greer, but just like that the magic happened, the stars aligned, whatever you want to call it, but they made it to their HEA.  And I was never so glad as to see that happen.  These two deserved to a have a HEA after everything they had been through separately and together.

While this can be read as a stand alone, you would probably enjoy it more if you started the series from the beginning.  Click on the book above to start something new today.

What a great addition to this series. We got to see a lot of old friends, some new evil and happiness develop out of disaster. Poor Blake was used as a tool in an evil plot, luckily, he survived and, even luckier, the author saw fit to give him a HEA. Of course, with Greer as his mate he had a lot to overcome. I think you will enjoy this book filled with love, magic and intrigue. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
